In God Of War you play as the "retired" god of war, Kratos. this is the first god of war game to take place in norse mythology the main goal of the game is to spread Kratos'wifes dead ashes on the highest peak in all the realms.With his new axe and his blades of chaos Kratos travels with his son, atreus (uh-trey-us) on a long journey to the realm of the Giants to spread the ashes after defeating many challenging enemies.
